Phoenix Lifestyle Support Association started operations on 16 December 1999. The organisation was started by a small group of parents who had witnessed the support that was available to their children, living with disabilities and knew they could do it better. The values that were important to those parents at that time are still important to our management and support workers now. Phoenix LSA is a family-centred service that actively promotes respect, tolerance, integrity, trust and acceptance for all.
